Description: The walk follows trails through dense woods within Burfoot County Park to a beach on Puget Sound, offering views of the Olympic Mountains and (surprisingly) the State Capitol Building. After emerging from the woods, the walk follows country roads to the picturesque hamlet of Boston Harbor, with lovely homes, flowers, and a marina.

The portion of the walk within Burfoot County Park is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs due to stairs, tree roots, beach gravel, and other obstacles. The portion of the walk outside Burfoot County Park would be suitable for strollers but probably not for wheelchairs.

Start/End Location: Burfoot County Park, 6927 Boston Harbor Road NE, Olympia, WA 98506.
